| I want to take the
opportunity to tell you about my recent pleasant experience at Alabama Auto Repair.
I own a 1995 Dodge full-size pickup truck that had unexpectedly developed a serious
oil leak. I contacted my usual mechanic, who informed me that it would be a week
before he could even look at my truck. I could not wait that long, as this was
my primary vehicle. I recalled seeing the commercials
for Alabama Auto Repair, and the shop was close by, so I called them. I spoke
with Rick and told him my situation and that I suspected that the oil pressure
sending unit had gone bad. Rick told me that he was also backed up, but that if
it was something simple, he would try to get to it that day or the day after.
I dropped the truck off at Alabama Auto Repair about noon time, expecting to hear
from Rick either later that day or the next day.
Rick called me about 3:00 that same afternoon and informed
me that the truck was fixed. I was very surprised and very pleased that the repairs
had been completed so fast. Rick took the time to explain to me exactly what had
gone wrong (it was the oil pressure sending unit) and explained the total cost
to me. I thought the cost was very reasonable.
I want to thank the entire staff at Alabama Auto Repair
for the courteous and professional manner in which this issue was handled. I will
definitely recommend Alabama Auto Repair to my friends and co-workers. Thanks
